Countdown to Easter: Taste the Rainbow

This egg is made completely of paper and is the hardest thing I think I have ever done. There is no glue just a lot of folding and stacking. I dropped it twice and had to start over . . . next time . . . if there is one . . . we will be gluing it.

Countdown to Easter: Little Bow Tie

This one is similar to the blue glitter one, though I liked both colors of glitter. I couldn't resist.

Countdown to Easter: The Good Egg

As simple as this one looks . . . it actually took as long as some of the other ones.

Countdown to Easter: Luck of the Irish

Happy St. Paddy's Day everyone!! As you've seen over the weeks, the eggs have a lot of things done to them. Today I decided to keep it short and sweet. Enjoy.

Countdown to Easter: Powder Puff Anyone?

I wanted to work with small pom-poms to see how they would form in the way of an egg. You can decide for yourself whether it was a success or a failure. I can say that the egg has grown on me over time, it might for you as well. Enjoy!

Countdown to Easter: All Wrapped Up

This yarn kind of just sang to me in the store. You know those moments where you just walk by something and you are like "I have no idea what to do with this, but it's too good to pass it up." There is  one part of this egg that really bothers me, that's what happens when you rush things. See the loose purple piece? I wish that was tight, maybe I will re-photograph this tonight. . .

Countdown to Easter: Indian Outlaw

I thought this one was really ugly, but then my mother said she really liked it. . . shows you even this project is subjective.
